Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with company goals.
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Officers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and product expansion areas.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
- Submit periodic sales performance reports and forecasts to the Country Sales Head.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 8–15 years of experience in FMCG / Tyre / Automotive or Bicycle Industry.
- Strong network with dealers and distributors
- Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
