Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Chennai in line with company goals.
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Sales Officers to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and product expansion areas.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales policies, pricing, and credit control measures.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
- Submit periodic sales performance reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Head.
- Conduct field campaigns with dealers and manage new dealer empanelment.
