Why This Matters
A tube failure in the field — for export customers and OEM partners — has downstream implications for their own customers. Our 100% testing standard means every tube that leaves our factory has been individually verified, not statistically sampled.
Stage 1
Performance — air retention under load
Every tube is inflated and held for 24 hours. Any loss in air retention fails at this stage.Stage 2
Appearance and integrity — visual defects, joint quality, valve integrity
Visual inspection of 100% of tubes. Water submersion test applied to a defined percentage to identify micro-leaks not visible to the naked eye.Stage 1
Appearance — tread consistency, surface finish, label accuracy, sidewall integrity

Why This Matters
Tyre quality issues — inconsistent bead seating, surface cracks, tread delamination — are almost always traceable to construction or curing deviations. Our two-stage inspection is designed to catch these before the tyre reaches a rider. If we find it, you don’t have to.
